find the the dds file, should be in your texture. idk if theres a file for that one though. you can edit with photoshop with dds plugin installed

go to your texture's folder using DDS converter.

Edit it using any Photoshop suitable for you
then image size should be same size as before.

find the texture first
->
then convert it using DDS CONVERTER 2 (find it in the stickies) convert the dds to jpg file
->
then edit the jpg file with photoshop or paint
->
then convert the jpg file to dds file using DDS CONVERTER 2
