How to Compile Juver Source

Hello guys. Im trying to compile the leaked Juver Source here. I already have installed the VS2003 and the SDK required. I tried compiling it but some of the exe are not showing.
Some of the missing exe's are the EditorLevel, FileCrypt and etc. Can someone enlighten me? Thank you in advance.

You can try vs2003 menu bar --> Build/Config manager/enable all

Make sure you have defined the Libraries and Includes.
