just replace 191 and 1 to your desire Gen.Item ID.
Gen Item ID will be figure out to your item.isf..

191 = Bread/HP, MP,SP Potion
1 = Gold

i don't know what 13 is.. because i
have no ITEMSPEC 13 on my .genitem ^^

As i've seen in your SS ITEMSPEC 190
and ITEMSPEC 1 already 100% so possibly
ITEMSPEC 13 did not drop anymore.^^
