How to fix extreme class & change item version

Hi guys, hope you guys are all doing well.
I would like to ask some help.
How to fix this problem, I am using juver source by the way.
Let's assume that I already have max level character and I want to add new character, which is extreme class, but when creating new character, it only show male extreme, it does not show female extreme.
Is this stored procedure problem or in the source?

And also, may I know how to change the version of item.isf? So that when other people tried to edit item.isf it will show an error about the version.

You need to have a max level character (male/female)
Example: if you only have male max level character, then you can only create a male extreme class, vice versa.
