How to fix this Character Failed to be processed

I setup successfully my cfg files done with portforward, and I already enable TCP/IP in mysql my firewall is off I don't have any error at agent and field server. Look at my screenshot, Im using wan IP at vmware client and my lan IP for my server Im running the server on main pc and vmware for client. My pc specs is 8gb ram 2gb video card Im sure my pc is good for running a server. But when Im using the hamachi IP, I can login directly to the game without char failed to be processed. Please help me to fix this sirs. Thanks :)
