You can't. A hash is a 1 way encryption. Unless you have a table or billions of hashed values, there's little chance of being able to decrypt it in a reasonable time.

Seriously. There is a free tool i used on google that converts my md5 password back to its plain text.

It is not possible to convert a md5 hash back to his text form. BUT there are tools out there that stores a database of hash results and text results and converts the text to md5 and compares the 2 md5 strings.
Google -> md5 cracker -> profit

If the tools don't find the string, then the string isn't in the database.
