[How to start editing skills?]

err sorry to ask some "common" question... i think

err am starting to wonder on how to edit skills
am out of obviousness of where to start...
i somelike wanna change some infitting animations of that skill

and i want to add 2 skills in all normal class in ETC
and the part i wanna edit is the mixclass's

please direct me to the page that will provide the tool for editing skills its just
confusing, there are many releases of skill editor but am not sure that'll work because
i had to use last time... different language and i don't know where is the animation of the skill
