I'm using ep7 and where to edit skill cast speed(not skill reset time) in skilleditor?

open ur SkillEditor and find like this ..
Change the Special Effect first ..

Yea. I'm using this editor above but no any function to edit skill CP usage. I can't even find anything about restore CP to make a CP pot in Itemeditor =(

I guess nobody can help me already =(
