Is It Possible To Download Ran Offline?

I'am just thinking is it possible to play Ran Offline?
This is my situation:
i'm busy at school (because of my thesis) but i want to play Ran during my breaks to be inspired and to rest(i love playing Ran it makes me happy),but i don't have FIXED Internet. I say FIXED because i read some guides here and tutorials that I think IP ADDRESS is needed in creating your own offline RAN.but how in my situation? i don't have FIXED Internet.(meaning if I do have an Internet its not always the same IP because eventually i don't have internet.)
My bottomline is that if someone sends me his completed RAN OFFLINE, then I download that.can I play in just 1 click?is it possible?
need help badly. :(
i really want to play ran offline(by myself only) but i don't have much time(nowadays) creating my own. i hope someone can help me.
