Is this a server attack

sorry i havent read the rules before i post this one about server attack. but if this one violates the rule then you can delete this one. tnx and more power

this is my original post.

I just want to know if this is a server attack. When i try on make my server online and for about 1 hour the server online i check my router's log and i see that there is an ip that trying to enter my network but my router block its access. SS attached below

BTW the router time is not accurate, the time will start to 00:00 when its turned on.
