item upgrade to +9 up ran ep9 ibugz source

good day,, i set my default.charclass to +20 max of the item, i try to ups my sword, but it can ups only up to +9. i try to use high burr, gani and bail, but they always said that "Cant Upgrade To Next Grade By Use This Item" anyonw knows what the problem? and what do i need to do? thank you..

Change the item value to Highest (Level3) using ItemEdit
