loading screen...need help !

i used paint.net to make screen pic ....then i save as loading_001.tga
then put it to textures/gui at client
(i'm not copy the foldertextures to sever - only client have folder textures,sever only have data folder) ...
After that i'm login game but loading screen is "black" i dont know how to fix that...
Some one, help me please !

To be Specific Loading Screen can Set in the Mapslist.ini

i just change the name as first name of loadingxx.tga but still not work
