Log in account problem on Ep6 S2

I've noticed that
other accounts can log in there characters at game
but there are other accounts can log in
but when they click there character
it says character failed to be processed.
But when I tried other account it can log in at game.

What seems to be the problem of this?
Anyone can help me?

Yeah its same char name but it has style

Other cant log in there characters because it says

But if they tried to log in there other character
its working properly..
