Some other dev said the World Editor shared in ragezone is useless, all the function removed, just a read only version.

Like LatneM said, hex the files....how ? I don't know

I want to open this thread rather than making new since i have kinda same question...,
what editor should i use to make new map? like from scratch, like making new terrain.
