MAX VEND PRICE at source code need help

as the title goes

I need some help regarding my max vend price. in the game I can only sell the item to max 999,999,999

i tried to edit the MAX_VEND_PRICE in default.charclass but it doesn't work.
Now
i tried to search it in source code I cant find it (using global search)
i tried to find it in marketwindow.cpp still can't find it.

can someone help me with these? i mean the process on changing the max vend price
