Mob follow range

How to change mob following range. example is DAM it's like can follow you anywhere in the map unlike Guillotine master which can follow you in short range only. I am not able to find it in mobnpcedit or guess which one should I change there. I tried to change the range but it doesnt work.

and why should it be in default.charclass? as what I have said the dark arts master mob can follow players anywhere while the guillotine master doesn't so if it's in default.charclass everymob should be affected.
