My server is Static IP can outside player will be able to connect to my LAN ?

my server is static ip > 192.168.1.50 i use this ip on my cfg server files and works well and this is not my wan ip then my other pc can connect to the game but if i put wan ip on cfg server files im getting some error Bind Error Blah Blah Blah so i use my IPv4 Address 192.168.1.50 or LAN IP so my problem is Outside people can play or join my server using my lan ip?

You can experiment. Do that and then go to nearest computer shop and try your game.

@HolyShift yes you can host your server without vps,hamachi or WPE
put on your server CFG your lan ip,and put on your client side param your public ip then use ran ip intercept and boom ^_^
my server is up using only my static ip ... with no lag issue and even someone cannot try to ddos,booter,ip flooder,ip stresser still up because i use some tools to auto block ip that sending bad packets.and etc.
just use IP intercept and boom your server is online ... it is only depends to your connection and server pc spec...
mine speed net was 10mbps above and a high computer spec capable of 200+ online players now and still no lag and delay issue trust me..
i been encouter so many crash,lag, etc and i manage to solve it with a big help of sir @DesertRose8888
