My Virtual PC 2007 Always Reboot

as the title goes my virtual pc 2007 always reboot...
my virtual pc os is MS XP PRO SP2 ..
and i install SQL 2005 FOR SP2

and another request...
my virtual pc doesn't have net..
here in the ss..
can someone give the guide..??
