You have to change the IP of each file
some cfgs have more than 1 IP to change

Make sure the port you're trying to use is not being used
Don't use ports like 80 or 8080 they're commonly already used
try reboot your pc also, that will clean any ports used by software opend during the run time
if that doesn't help, post your CFG configurations of the files that don't work
u`ve got my point sir bcoz when i change the port of session which is 5003 into 5555 it runs successfull then i change the loginsvr port which is 5001 into 4001 it runs succesfull to
it just i dont know if that is allowed to do?
i mean to change the default ports? is it ok??
what i mean is 5555 and 4001 ports is just my guess :D no idea where it came from :D
the only port you can't change is the one from the login server
5001 has to remain because the game will only connect to that port, I suggest you reboot the pc then set the port back 5001 it should work

so the port 5001 won't work?
The cfg is in order, but you'll have to find what is blocking your port 5001, check if its maybe another server file who blocks it
i got another ran online game here
i have a game here machran online
does it has something to do with my server??
only open server files or webprograms like a webserver can actually block a port, because the open a TCP server on that port
so the only thinkable thing is that the port 5001 is being used by another server file other than that I can't think of whats the problem

or maybe my ports had been blocked by my firewall?
the firewall doesn't block ports unless you set it up manually set it up no firewall randomly blocks ports
w8 when i used to add the port to exception? firewall says
"the port TCP 5001 cannot be added to exception
an entry to the same port TCP 5001 already exists"
disable your firewall or try to remove the rule on the port 5001
i disabled the firewall and got same error
sorry i found the port 5001 and 5003 and i removed it hope it works now

well, suggestions :
- Try it on another pc
- Reformat
- Install a 2nd windows on your pc and try it from there
Since I have too little information on how this came up there's not much I can do
