other ISP disconnection issues

Hello,
I recently read all topics about AFK then getting disconnected and found something about ISPs which switch ip address constantly to make them look faster. In regards to this I am using the same type of ISP and I proved that whenever the ISP changes the IP the player will get disconnected. This happen only in Ran online as I also host other games and we have no problem at all.

The problem is most ISPs in our area (Philippines to be exact) has this type of connection i.e Globe and Cable connections. Therefore I am thinking if we can something in source like in netclient to make this problem solved.

Please share your ideas about this. I also have another idea of redirecting traffic from one of my IP to the server's ip since they are on the same server so the game servers will only read that it is coming from one ip only but have no luck.
