Please Help Me "This .Exe Won't Execute Indepent"

Hello Pro Dev's and Ragezoners,

Please help me with my problem, i have this client for a long time and when i try to get back and start up a ran online server again, i just executed all the SFILES and Client which is really working perfectly in serverside (Dedicated side).

Now My Problem is that when i just finished download the client and try to ran it using THOR launcher which Used also to ran this client before and when it done all the patches it say " This Exe Won't Execute Indepent" heres my PS:

i really dont know about this, but i just talk to mr. patrick villaneuva i just do what he said to arrange the folder correctly but its still the same. can Anyone help me with this problem?? please please thank you and godbless

Dont use game.exe because its not the launcher.
it normal to say "This .Exe Won't Execute Indepent" if you open Game.exe

use Launcher to open your game.
or try other non auto patch launcher first.
or if still got the problem,

there was a command for game.exe to run independent, try searching it in the forums., if i remember it was like "app data run" something like that.
