PROBLEM I USED BABYRAN BLUE CP I CAN BUY IN ITEM SHOP BUT I DIDN`T RECIEVE IT IN GAME

change PurFlag to 1 if 0 0 if 1 from RanShop.dbo.ShopPurchase

then try if you see the item on bank

if fail, check your buy codes.
