problem on using level editor for neo

Sorry I am using the neo server (ep7)

I use the 100% Working Level Editor Crack [EP7v1]

and always shows error

I would like to ask that
is that all file need to decrypt one (eg, the animation , the map file)
or only glogic.rcc and level.rcc

or only level.rcc need to decrypt?
