Problem with adding new Wing

what wrong with this..i already copy/paste data to client and server side..but still no luck..cant see in my inventory..

ya i know i can zoom..the reason is..word in the box is i don't know what word..i think u try follow headgear setting..

i already follow head gear setting..after i add into inventory..in game..i cant see the item..if i refresh my inventory using gmc..the item dissapear
