[Question]About the Secret Shop

where can i find it...coz one of my player reported me that another of my player was giving rwd item 7D to his gang members, i don't know where the player bought it...

the "secret shop" is a feature that I made myself and is ONLY in my own server

such items like 7D reward items sound more like they come from giant hawk or mobs of that level

well i checked all the .genitem and i didn't found the code for the items with 7D...can you tell me what is the id of the secret shop NPC, so i can check the crowsale of that npc selling...and when can i locate the secret shop npc...

just go to the 7D items on your item editor
and check the gen num
make it 0 so it won't dorp anymore anywhere

check the guid0- guid4 if the REward mobs, is it an NPC then change it

its probably a hack
there is a way to hack items its not hard but I'm not revealing how to do this otherwise it will be abused

there is a way using the RanCP adds on just change the main for that item.... mickey tell me that the reward items on the gui0-guid4 is an NPC... maybe that NPC sells 7D item....

what you mean? dulicate? well going to check all the .crowsale to know what filename it is and what NPC has it...but if someone knows all the locations of NPC please post it thnx...

if its really a hack he would probably get more valuable items
if you can get it from CW you need to check the gen item from the mob that spawns after CW ends (Box)
if he drops master CD some server trade the master cd for weapons at NPC (master CD is NOT authentication CD)

I guess the best way is to refer to ur CP installation folder. Check whether u have any 'extra' folder. Check it b connecting to ur cp & adding the folder name to the address. This is my suggestion if U suspect ur player have access to ur secret cp.

E.g: YOURCPADDRESS.COM
YOURCPADDRESS.COM/NAME OF THE FOLDER FOUND ---> add this

Just a suggestion in case u; as the server admin don't know the existence. Happened to me. Huhu

@jolin what NPC allow to trade the master CD? how can i know the item of it after the trade...so i can edit it...

Hmm...locate the directory where u install ur cp. U might using abbyss @ appserv. So, find that directory.

/IMG or /PAGE are common folder found in that directory.

However, if u find any other 'weird' or 'unfamiliar' looking folder, try opening it. If it has files like config.php in it. Then, that MIGHT be the directory to ur secret CP. So, test it by following my instruction on the previous thread.

If the page directs u to a different cp than the normal CP ur using, then that MIGHT be the place where ur player get that rare/forbidden weapon.

To fix it..SIMPLY CHANGE THE FOLDER NAME. Make it hard for player to guess.

I'm using appserv...so all of my instruction are based on my knowledge abt it ONLY.

Well then, the REVEALED secret CP might not be the answer. U might want to check that particular player HP then. If he's distributing item like selling hot cakes, then he might be duplicating them.

does your server glogic is same with your client, i mean it should be the same really, in my case, sometimes i add item on my server glogic, i put secret item, special item on different NPC that only i have access on it , so that it can be tradable.. i can only use it in my server, maybe you copied your server special glogic to other client ..

its the nurse at the entrance of each E Room or alternatively on the NPC at market
