Question about login

Hi guys! Do you have any idea on how to add a login interval after logging out an account? Like for example I will be logging out then the next I can be able to logim will be 20 seconds or so.

I am still starting out with development that's why I still don't know some stuff about the source ???? TIA!

in userverify procedure , add a condition with lastlogindate
