Just a question and a little bit request of little tools to be used (if any).
Does anyone who knows how to create/editing npctalk(.ntk) files for NPC's?

Bro use npc.exe or npc editor, that's the tools you need.. bro i suggest you search some threads here, npc editor is here in ragezone, check some thread bro.. thanks gudluck...
