Question regarding hosting

I am currently searching for a decent cheap provider to host up my server, would this specifications be able to run a simple ran server? Just to start-up

1 CPU Core
1 GB RAM
30 GB SSD Disk Space
1 TB Data Transfer

You wouldn't want to rent that potato you will waste your resources if you're planning to run a server don't look for the cheapest look for the decent ones out there
