1. After inserting new items (legendary weapons, bikes, boards, naruto sets) using ItemEditor ep7, should I encrypt it before I place to designated file location especially Skinobject or not?
2. How can I make a refines that can make +10 to +17 just like as ep6s2 (Ran Evilz)?
