Ran Cp "DDS ERROR"

Hi ragezoners.
i have a problem about making my ran cp work,,
im planing to make designs ran cp and release it for free..
but again i cant access the website -.-
its says dds error..

$dfsql[dbaddress] = "james-pc\SQLEXPRESS"; //DB HOST

$dfsql[dbuser] = "sa"; //DB ID

$dfsql[dbpass] = "09199502"; //DB PASS

$dfsql[db1] = "RanCP"; // DB Name

any problem you see here?

database id and pass are correct..
but still dds error..
any1 help pls?

insert ur database .
RanGame1
RanUser
RanShop
RanLog
if already inserted.. and same problem ..
download this : ntwdblib.7z

Then
Stop ur Apache & MySql On Ur Xampp.exe
Then

Insert The ntwdblib.dll on this Paths.

- xampp > apahe > bin
- windows > system32
- xampp > php

Then Start again Ur xampp
then try .

can you post the full settings.php here ?

you have to delete something in the index.. that has a code "die" dds error.. ^^ XD
