RAN drop and money drop

can you please help me to have a normal drop rate like 1x in my server. My present drop rate has mid multiplier.
my present rates are
fITEM_DROP_SCALE 1.1f
fMONEY_DROP_SCALE 0.8f
fITEM_DROP_LOWER_SCALE 0.6f
i just want 100% drop rate or 1x rates

i changed mine recently to:
fITEM_DROP_SCALE 0.01f
fMONEY_DROP_SCALE 0.01f
fITEM_DROP_LOWER_SCALE 0.01f
but after i update my server the drop rates and gold become like super hard like 50 kills 1 gold drop
