Ran online ep8 99% fix client

I'm tired to modified this cause i have some work to do
this client some new changes. i change the launcher+dlls

ALL items is fix no bugs

you need to find compatible files in this client
1.server files
2.glogicserver
3.Editors
4.database

main problem of the client DXD9 Generic

you need to Decrypt
Game.exe
Param

I think that's files is Axel Ran, Uki Ran, Hectic Ran or Race Ran files sell by Sir SeiferXIII :)

All editors here is compatible on their latest clients, so you can open there param, we don't know if what server files will be compatible with that if you don't mention what client is that.

what CLIENT are you USING?.. so we can DETERMINE what is the COMPATIBLE SERVER FILES! or just give a CLUE :P is that a BINARY type or DATA TYPE client?
