+[Request] Making Ran Online Private Server (NEWBIE)

Hi guys good day. i make this thread to ask for a help and request. I want to make a ran online private server. But don't think i'm not reading first before posting. I have already read a lot of Thread's about making private server but there are outdated and dead links that's why i create this thread. and but there so many thread to make private server but there's nothing Guidelines or Tutorials for newbie. And its hard to me and to others newbie. by the way i already try to make a server but i got a problem and i don't know how to fix it. it's about IP ADDRESS. when i'm starting the serverfield & etc i got a problem and i think it's about to my IP. im using SmartBro Modem and HSS+ VPN.

I hope someone help me :(

(Please if you're replying a link to a another thread. please make it sure that's not Dead link and it's has a tutorial or Guidelines)

Better you read the Ran Releases and also the Ran Tutorials section. All you have to do here i read also be a risktaker. Be aware of cheaters here :)
