Why my server Always "Retrieving data from the Server, Please wait" ?

Im using Neo CLient EP9.

I Hosted the game on a VPS and i play on my PC.

Ahm, i checked it already sir but all are correct.

and if i try login on other client, it can login.
but on the client i used on server host, can't login.
