Set Max Lure from 8 to 100

anyone know how to set max lure from 8 to 100 i already done editing wMAXMOB_TRACKING 100 in default charclass but not working. Please help me TIA

I also tried editing defaultcharclass on Ran ph client and some latest client shared here. It wont work you really need to edit source code for that.Ithink so
