Skill effect with negative value not showing in description

How to fix when I put a negative value on the skill side effect, it won't show up in the skill description?



But if it's a positive value it shows up just fine



I'm Using ep9 Urban CLient/source


EDIT: I found it. It's in UISkillInfoLoader.cpp
