are you just copying codes? and you didnt understand any of them?
well, you need to learn C++ first..

glogic.rcc(classconst, Charset, Def.charclass comment.ini and etc.. )
also you must sync the encryption if there was one
one more thing
just merge what you need to your own source with compatible client
