1. How to find user by IP? I already search but can't find it.
Example, if someone try do something bad (like flood in web, or DoS attack), firewall just show the actors IP. I want to know if that IP is related with user in my server. Find user by IP, example i write IP 123.321.123.321 then i will find all user ID using these IP. How to do that? If there is a program or script to do that, can you share it?

2. Whats the best program/firewall to prevent flooding/spam/DoS attack on server? And how to know if i was being attacked? I really do not know whether I was being attacked or not.

3. Can you share a script or program to ban/block user ID? I try to use Ran Manager to block user ID, but it always failed, and if i use Ran Manager 3 it can block user ID, but not really blocked, because that user ID is still can login in game.

4. I can delete user ID (i delete ID because that account is inactive in 60 days), but the character using that ID is still left in database. Can you share script to delete the character that his ID was deleted?

I'm not lazy, I already search but can't find. Sorry for the very very bad english. I really need help so much. Thanks before.

Honestly, what you're asking is also the problem of most pserver owners here. Everyone here is trying to make their websites more secured since that is where the "attacks" normally happens. There are many ways to secure a website. We can find tons of ideas through google alone,,,but not everything can be implemented. It's a trial and error in a way, trying to figure out which one really suits you with less or no expense at all.

But if you really want to secure your environment, you might want to check those "top of the line" firewall applications (normally Linux-based) where you can implement it both in your internal "domain" and in DMZ. These applications normally cost alot and you cannot just get a crack version of it in the web. ^^

With regards to finding IP's, well, that's tricky because most "attackers" wouldn't let you know their IP. They can actually hide it or even mask it with other IP. Example, my real is IP is 192.1.1.1... But I can "mask" it or "use" other IP's using 3rd party apps. Gets?

Hopefully, someone here in RZ can give us some useful ideas on properly securing our servers from external threats.

Umm... about my 3rd question, ban ID. Of course i can change his password, and i can manually enter database and change the UserID "Block" state from 0 to 1.. But i wanna know is there another simple way to do that? Or maybe a script to blok/ban ID (change UserID "Block" state from 0 to 1 via script)?

Its really hard to find one UserID between thousand UserID just to change "Block" state from 0 to 1...

Or is there are someone who know another simple way to block User ID?

(I already use program Ran Manager Version 3 and higher, but always always and always failed)

In my question above, what i mean is how to find UserID by IP?
Example, i find IP : 118.18.18.18, and how to find UserID with that IP?

It's easy to find IP from UserID, but how to find UserID from IP?

If i know someone UserID, i can find his IP. But vice versa, if i just know the IP, how to know all UserID that play from that IP?

In my firewall, there's so much IP comes, and sometimes i see IP doing flood to my web, but i dont know all UserID that play from that IP. How to know that? How to know / find all UserID from a specific IP? Is there a script? If anyone know, please share...
