How to view the activity window?

Hi just a nub question. how can I see the activity window? or what is the key need to press to show up in game?

Do you know how to fix this? item list in the RanActivity shows empty, I already tried to decrypt my ItemStrTable.txt and item.isf still shows empty itemlist

decrypt all rcc files kinda like when you're using leveditor/npcaction/questedit tools .

Make sure comment.ini work.
