What is the best OS for Ran Online sever host?

Windows Server 2012
Windows 10

Or you giys have any other prefer OS

the point is I am running server on Windows Server 2012 R2 and seems like to have found issue on GetQueuedCompletionStatus
and it causes server to close client connection
