What to use on modifying RAN PH

How can i open or edit item.isf and or ItemStrTable.txt on glogic.rcc
for RAN ONLINE PH?
I want to modify something like, resurrection time.
Gang time pass limit potion max limit, etc...

actually i want to edit or mod the ph client can you help me?

There is no way i think to edit ran ph. You can use it to your server but editing their item isf and other is not possible, itd only my belief.

its all need knowledge,to understand the files structure.....if ran ph client that share here just find tools.....ex: ReEditor
