Which of these do I need to create an Ep3 server that can hold 200 players max?

If you guys can give me a sample size of which i.e. "this can hold up to 100 players, this can hold up to 250 players at minimum.," I would gladly appreciate it.

u can either choose $69 as your starting server... but you must also consider their ping/latency when you are in Philippines.
