About Arrow Indicating you at map

Hello guys, i added a map for test, and so, when i press L, to see my location at map, dont appear the ARROW , indicating my position on map. Even when i use TELEPORT SCROLL, the telport points dont appear. What i need to do to fix this? Thnks at all !^^
The map is Isle of Pain, zone 5. And , how to make this map be a battle area too? I mean, see all chars from diferent race in RED.(make Isle of Pain, = Dark Caernavon about combat).

Only work with 2240? i dont like that version..is impossible with 1753?

its work well in 2240. 1753 not easy but not impossible.
