About v2240

Hello! I have a problem regarding v2240 version. Someone can tell me what does the problem ?

1.Attacker cant normal hit while Use both Arm and Weapon but when unequipped Arm i can normal hit.
2.About guild fort doest not exist . Trying to fix but failed . Try to compile the monster script done but while in game i still have the same error. Can someone tell me what's the matter?

i dont think about texture .. i know the common one but i tried also it's same .. LOLZ
