Connect with Authorization server lost

My friend try to login in my server but have Connect Auth Lost.
This is my log from AuthServer:

create a new connetion with microsoft loopback in your PC with your public IP and use your public ip in your server .

did you opened the ports for the server? im not sure which they are

Yes, i have... Yesterday he just take the Connection Auth Lost, today the server don't appear in server list... :/

Great , and yeah you needed to use your correct lan IP on the ports you forwarded
