[HELP] I Dont Know What The Bug Is (Human Bug)

After Setup All Server. Entering game. Akhan Player no problem, smooth and OK..
Different with Human player.. All ID register for Human player cannot connect to game. Only can make character.. And cannot start game and cannot delete character.. Please Help Me.

Akhan Character= Perfect (no problem)
Human Character = Only can create character but cannot start game and delete character.

Please Help Me.
