help in ryl2 with gameguard

before this i didn realize this problem because i play ryl2 with no gameguard (RYL2 NorthPole)
but recently my friend recommend me this new ryl2 private server from MY . i try to play already select server and pass the gameguard but cannot reach login screen . after gg checking then the screen suddenly blank . alt + tab is useless and ctrl+alt+del also failed when the blank screen appear . no error show . only way to end it is force restart my laptop . i wanna give my pc spec but dunnow how . until now i still can play ryl2 northpone (no gg) . i want to play ryl2 with gg that my friend recommend me . any idea what is my problem ?
