I wonder if anyone have the row server file and can guide me on how to set it up?

I am unsure about which version was the best but expecting the version as Scars of War or Ruins of war before their major update.

There is no version of Scars of War before their "major update".
I've developed Scars of War completely from the bugged source that was released.

No, i won't share the work i've done on the bugged source code.
I'm sure there are still people holding the previously leaked source code.

not worth using the "share" bugged source, every server released with it is damned to fail :(
buy ruins or ringsofwar source right away. i believe for ruins source you have to touch atleast 5000$
