i tried to edit armor and weapon RYL I using photoshopCS4, HeX editor, and RYLCoder

my problem : the photoshop can't open dds file.

Install Plugin DDS for AdobePS.

why most noobs lazy to search....
use hex editor, open dds file you want to edit, change 4 first line to .dds (00 00 00 00 7c to 44 44 53 20 7c)
