how to fix downgrade bug 1700

hi all !..
im looking for offeset downgrade blacksmith for 1700
i wan fix that bug because ppl can make 4k item..
already try using file 2240 but there is no plugin like 1700
i like 1700 files its because easy to handle.
wan fix that shit for making my 1700 file look like row :)

I can advice you to just use normal metals on upgrade and remove the metals which is up to %100 success rate, thus people wont be able to upgrade their items after softcap since the success rate decreases about to 0 after softcap. Also as i recall you were able to play with those rates, so you can manage it however you want.

as i remember, it's located on client.exe for downgrade you need to find correct offset or debug it via asm to find which part that control these function. And bonus, if you have Minia.exe source you can edit them manually to add this feature.
